Cast Pipeline Strainers

The Eaton automatic self-cleaning strainer is a motorized strainer designed for the continuous removal of entrained solids from liquids in pipeline systems. It performs efficiently in industrial, process, water, wastewater, power, paper and municipal applications.

Simplex Basket Strainers

A simplex basket strainer is used where the line can be shut down for short periods to clean or change baskets. It becomes an integral part of the pipeline and all flow passes through it.

Duplex Basket Strainers

A duplex basket strainer can operate continuously and never has to be shut down for cleaning. A diverter plug is carefully fitted to the strainer body. It permits flow to pass either left or right. When one basket becomes full, the flow is shifted to the other one.

Y-Strainers

Y-strainers are devices for mechanically removing unwanted solids from liquid, gas or steam lines by means of a perforated or wire mesh straining element. They are used in pipelines to protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment.

Fabricated strainers, because they are manufactured one at a time, can be made to fit the exact requirements of the application. There are no trade-offs. Gas/Liquid Separators

Only an Eaton Gas/Liquid Separator comes with the unique Vortex Containment Plate (VCP) to improve separator efficiencies. The VCP is made up of carefully placed rings that shield the separated liquid from the vortex action inside the separator and also directs the liquid to the separator drain.

Exhaust Heads

Eaton Exhaust Heads are designed to separate entrained water and oil from exhaust air, gas or steam prior to being discharged directly into the atmosphere. They will remove more than 99% of liquids and solids over 10 microns in size from the discharged flow, reducing maintenance costs on roofs and surrounding objects.

Drain Traps

Eaton Drain Traps efficiently handle, without loss of line pressure, the draining of condensate removed from air or gas lines by separators of the condensate that accumulates in storage tanks or at drip points.
